Counting to 50! Forward and backword...

This is both for 1st level students and 2nd level students...

Count by 1's to 50. You can count by 2's, 3's...

And move your body (do the workout):

1 - 10.- Strech your arms.

11 - 20.- Walk in place.

21 - 30.- Arm circles.

31 - 40.- Twist your body.

41 - 50.- Do the swim.
